Positioning analysis for IMPREV of Real Estate Marketing | UW ...

Imprev?s Marketing Center platform is the most powerful technology available in real estate marketing because it offers you every tool and distribution channel?you?will need to successfully promote the real estate business, From their website, the company positions themselves as high quality,? easy to use, and affordable. Basically they think their Real estate Marketing Center will give the customer impressive, professionally , and cheap designed marketing tools with simle step-by-step instructions to keep toughing the prices of all your home listings. They also have very strong convidence that no other real estate marketing technology corporation works with more agents and brokers than themselfe. Its very obvious that they have pretty clear position for themselves.

For who-their target customer are agent and brokers and also small private investors;

For what-They provide the marketing reserach technology system to help them find the chance in the market, at the same time, record the transaction for future analysis;

For how-They are goona make it competative with others in using a step-by-step instructions to make it easier to use and with lower price.

How effective they perceived the product to me?

Basicall they had a clear position. They pith as they works more brokers and agents than the other company. That would give me a picture that their product in the research center should have more complex serach filters or at least more information about the market details. If you open their porduct pages in the Website, they only provide the information like what?s this product is like, and how it works but they don?t prove that why and where the product is better than the other company?s or at least explaine any sepcialization for their product. From my pespective ,? I may expect some solid evidences which could improve that they do have more interaction with more brokers and agents, for example, how many deals they made successful, which area they can provide relative accurate market rent forecasting, what agency and brokerage companies they work with. Something to dress the details would make it more realiable. In addition, they made the data transaction or exchange easiiy to achieve between mac and PC, which is really good. but they put it on the first page when you open their Web, I think it would be better to add real estate factor intot the first web page because this is a real estate services company but not only a software or IT system company. This is just my suggestion, it won?t have so much bad influence of their positioning. In a word, I think basically, they had a clear positioning of their services and product, but they probably would like to dress the details which could match with their pithing or decription of their positioning.
